Chef's passion for AUTHENTIC Mexican Street food started while training in Nevada, where he had the pleasure of working some great Chefs, but where he really learned this cuisine was from the employees who couldn't stand the Casino food, but rather instead would make their employee meals the most authentic style Mexican food. Chef also trained in Mexican kitchens and was part of many Spanish families' most special events.
