The Story

Wurzer's Last Meal is a dream come to life by Chef Michael Wurzer. He challenges society's take on cuisine and blends his roots from his experience in French, Italian, Southwestern, Eastern and fuses them all together in a Mid-West street-style bistro.

His story starts in Ontario, Canada and Buffalo, New York and travels it's way across the United States, North, South, East & West, and into the heart of America.
Each flavor from every one of Chef Wurzer's recipes tells a story about his roots, and traditions within his own upbringings which can be very relatable to all consumers of different variations and backgrounds.
